- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- Multi-packs ship together as a single parcel — you pay one shipping fee whether you order one or three.
- You'll receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
- Ordering for a specific weekend or occasion? Give yourself room — these are estimates, not guarantees.

days from the date your order arrives to submit a return request
That window is shorter than some stores offer, so we'll say it plainly rather than bury it in the small print: unbox it and run it on your grate in the first week. One cookout is all you need to know whether this tool is for you.
How it works
- Email us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.
- Ship it back in the condition described in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refund is issued to your original payment method once the return is received and checked.
Arrived damaged or faulty? Contact us straight away with photos and we'll sort it out — that's handled separately from change-of-mind returns.
